Registration Fees

~Checks/money orders must be in U.S. dollars and made payable to SASED-Illinois PBIS Network. 

~Credit card payments will only be accepted with online registrations.  NOTE: If paid by credit card, the name appearing on your credit card billing statement will be "Illinois PBIS Network."

~Purchase orders will also accepted.  Be sure to include the conference name/date and the names of all registrants on your purchase order and fax to 630-325-2605.

~All fees are due on or before the first day of the conference, January 23, 2014.

~Mail payment to: Illinois PBIS Network, 550 Quail Ridge Drive, Westmont, IL 60559.

Refund Policy

~Cancellations received by Monday, January 13, 2014 will be refunded at the full amount paid.

~Cancellations received by Tuesday, January 22, 2014 will be refunded the amount paid less $75 to cover non-refundable expenses to the IL PBIS Network.

~No refunds will be provided after January 22, 2014.

~If you do not cancel and do not attend the event, you are responsible for full payment.

~Substitutions may be made at anytime.

*Regardless of the amount listed, the amount refunded will never exceed the amount paid.
