CPDUs/CEUs

CPDU Credit:

CPDU Credit : The Illinois Continuing Professional Development Units (CPDU) forms will be available upon completion of the online evaluation, which will be sent to you on the second day of the conference. After the evaluation is completed, you will receive a thank you message with a link for two CPDU forms (one for each day.)

CEU Credit:

CEU Credit: Illinois Social Work Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available through SASED (School Association for Special Education in DuPage County) at no charge.  If you choose, you may request CEU credits online by responding to the related question on the registration page. Please be sure to have your Social Worker license number available to enter on the registration form.

If you have completed the CEU information during your online registration, you will receive your CEU certificate by email within two weeks after the conference.

If you have not requested a CEU certificate during your online registration, you may still request CEUs by completing the CEU request form at the Conference CEU Sign-In Table. Your CEU certificate will be emailed to you within two weeks after the Conference.

NOTE:  For those requesting a CEU certificate online or at the Conference, you must sign in twice each day. This is a requirement in order for us to provide the certificate. Please be sure to have your Social Worker license number available to enter on the sign-in form.
