In 2008-09, Glenbrook Elementary School and three other SD U-46 schools became Illinois PBIS Tier 2/Tier 3 replication sites. Glenbrook Elementary reached fidelity at Tier 2 with an Individual Student Systems Evaluation Tool (ISSET) Targeted score of 82% in 2009-10, which was sustained in 2010-11. Since implementing Tier 2/Tier 3 systems, the school has experienced improved academic and behavioral outcomes and beginning in 2008-09, has consistently met Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP). There has also been a 46% decline in office discipline referrals (ODRs) from .56 to .26 ODRs per 100 students per day. This trend has continued into the current school year, with .19 ODRs per 100 students per day as of November 2011.
