Description: The purpose of this course is to introduce the basic roles and responsibilities of the District-based Coach needed to effectively coordinate and lead teams through the process of implementing schoolwide positive behavioral support systems and to introduce related strategies and resources. Objectives include: - Identify the primary roles and responsibilities of the District-based Coach for implementation of schoolwide positive behavior support systems
- Discuss and practice strategies for coordination, evaluation, technical assistance, and training tasks performed by a District-based Coach
- Practice navigating the Illinois PBIS website
